The desktop chat app has a dashboard that collects your conversations and offers text search. It also has sharing options for photos, videos, voice clips, emoji and GIFs.

The best thing about this app is that if you are busy or distracted it will notify you with a message that pop up on the desktop. In this way you will not miss anything.
It also has feature screen sharing where user can share full screen or just a portion with friends.
Facebook spokesperson Vanessa Chan said:
“This was one of the most widely requested features by customers, so we built it. The desktop app is still in beta and being tested by Workplace customers who are providing feedback that we’ll use to improve the product before a wider rollout.”
To avail this workplace chat room apps, install beta apps. People having Windows 7 and above or macOS 10.9 can easily run it. This workplace is not just designed for traditional white collar office employees but to everyone in the company from top to bottom to communicate.
